Salcombe Regis, Sidbury and Sidford
There is no finer English village setting than at Salcombe Regis. Unspoilt and secluded, it comes alive with the annual Country Fair. It is the home too of the famous Donkey Sanctuary.
Sidbury, with its lovely cottage frontages and gardens, is another haven of tranquil village charm. No wonder it has won the Best Kept Village competition so many times.
Sidford is named after the ford that used to cross the River Sid - where now you find the Packhorse Bridge.
